Jumping On Trampoline's products are warranted through the manufacturer.

Attn: One of our main suppliers, Kogee USA went out of business in March 2007. They were our main supplier for all trampolines and other parts. Unfortunately, if you ordered a Kogee USA product, they are out of business and the warranty is not available. Their website is www.kogeeusa.com. Any products purchased after April 2007 will carry a full warranty from our new suppliers.

These warranties apply to products sold in the United States.

Trampolines:

• Frame Pads and Springs: 6 Months
• Frames: 5 Years
• Bed Stitching: 2 Years (Note: This applies only to the outer edge of stitching that attaches the v-rings to the bed.)
• Bed: Prorated against manufacturer's defects for 5 years as follows:
• 100% for the First Year. 50% for the Second Year. 35% for the Third Year. 20% for the Fourth Year. 10% for the Fifth Year.

(Note: This five-year prorated warranty applies only to the jumping surface. It does not cover the stitching on the outer edge. This warranty does not cover such things as burns, cuts, snags, and scrapes.)

Enclosure:

• Metal Hardware:1 Year
• Fabric, Grommets, and Sewing: 1 Year

Weather Cover and Ladder:

• 30 Days

Trampoline Tent:

• Metal Hardware: 1 Year

• Fiberglass Shock Cord Poles, Fabric, and Sewing: 90 Days

Rebounder / Mini Trampoline:

• Steel Frame and Jumping Surface: 1 Year

• Frame Pads Springs and other accessories: 90 Days

Water Trampoline:

• All accessories: 90 Days

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A WARRANTY CONCERN:

If your trampoline ever needs warranty work, please contact our Customer Service Department customerservice@jumpingontrampoline.com. Any warranty work requires you to provide us with a copy of a proof of purchase.

Proof of purchase includes:

• 1. Your sales receipt. (Keep the original with your warranty papers.)
• 2. A canceled check.
• 3. A credit card statement.

Under the terms of the warranty, you must return the part to us for inspection. An exception is made for pieces of the trampoline's frame; then you may send us a picture of the frame parts. Please note that under the terms of the warranty, you are responsible for paying shipping costs both ways.

Jumping On Trampoline's Limited Trampoline Warranty

Jumping On Trampoline warrants its trampoline products to be free from defects and material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. The various component parts of the trampoline are warranted against defects and workmanship as follows:

• A. Steel frame - 5(Five) Years
• B. Sewing on stitched jumping mat - 2 (Two) Years
• C. Stitched or stitchless jumping mat is warranted one hundred percent (100%) the first year, fifty percent (50%) for the second year, thirty-five percent (35%) for the third year, twenty percent (20%) for the fourth year and ten percent (10%) during the fifth year
• D. Frame pads and springs - 6 (Six) Months

All warranty coverage extends only to the original retail purchaser from the date of purchase. Jumping On Trampoline's obligation under this Warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at Jumping On Trampoline's option, the product at one of its authorized service centers. All products for which a warranty claim is made must be received by Jumping On Trampoline at one of its authorized service centers, freight prepaid and accompanied by sufficient proof of purchase. All returns must be preauthorized by Jumping On Trampoline . Preauthorization may be obtained by contacting our customer service department at customerservice@JumpingOnTrampoline.com . This Warranty does not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage or repairs not provided by a Jumping On Trampoline's authorized service center or for products used for commercial or rental purposes. No other Warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is authorized by Jumping On Trampoline.

Jumping On Trampoline  IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT OR OTHER DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO ANY ECONOMIC LOSS, LOSS OF PROPERTY, LOSS OR REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT OR USE, COST OF REMOVAL, INSTALLATION OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THE WARRANTY EXTENDED HEREUNDER IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN SCOPE AND DURATION TO THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS. ACCORDINGLY, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

USE OF ANY TRAMPOLINE EXPOSES THE USER TO THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY, INCLUDING PERMANENT PARALYSIS OR EVEN DEATH FROM LANDING ON THE BACK, NECK OR HEAD. USE OF A TRAMPOLINE SHOULD ALWAYS BE UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF A QUALIFIED INSTRUCTOR. ALWAYS FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS PROVIDED WITH YOUR TRAMPOLINE.
